Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Tech Mahindra is seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Delhi, IN. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, energetic, analytical, and creative to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Providing product and service information to customers - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Documenting customer interactions and transactions accurately - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times - Continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and suggesting innovative solutions to enhance customer experience

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
