Remote Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Unacademy, a leading online learning platform based in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN, is seeking a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer care through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, problem-solving, and troubleshooting to ensure a positive experience. 3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions accurately and efficiently. 4. Handle customer complaints and feedback with empathy and professionalism. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer care processes and procedures. 6. Ensure timely responses and resolutions to customer issues to exceed their expectations. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. 2. Motivated and energetic personality traits. 3. Previous experience in a customer service role for at least 2 years. 4. Persuasion and emotional intelligence soft skills. 5. Ability to work remotely with a high level of self-motivation and discipline. 6. Proficiency in technology and comfortable with using various software tools. 7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
