Customer Care Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

1mg, a leading healthcare technology company, is looking for a part-time Customer Care Assistant to work from home in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This is an entry-level position requiring at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat - Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot technical issues - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer problems - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home - Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
