Remote Customer Care Associate

1mg is seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the customer care team to improve processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Emotional intelligence to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using customer service software and tools
