Job Description:

Zoomcar, a leading car rental company, is seeking a Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This part-time role is perfect for individuals who are energetic, driven, creative, and innovative. As a Remote Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and issues through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. 2. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Assist customers with booking, canceling, and modifying reservations. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and promotions. 7. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in customer care processes. 8. Meet or exceed customer service targets and goals.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience. 2. Energetic and driven personality. 3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 5. Creative and innovative mindset. 6. Proficient in using customer service software and tools. 7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
