Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

Nykaa is looking for a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and resilient, with strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers - Assist with other customer care related tasks as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think critically and problem-solve efficiently - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficient in MS Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree preferred
