Remote Customer Care Associate

Job Description: Dream11 is seeking a Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. This part-time position at the Associate level requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be dedicated and passionate about providing exceptional customer care.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide high-quality customer service by resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent presentation skills - Ability to cooperate and work well in a team environment - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment - Must be dedicated and passionate about helping customers
