Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

Box8 is currently seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be resilient and energetic, with strong people management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various communication channels such as phone, email, and social media. 2. Providing exceptional customer service by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues. 4. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions. 6. Working closely with the sales team to upsell products and services to customers. 7. Providing input to improve customer care processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Resilient and energetic personality traits. 7. Experience in people management is a plus.
