Job Description:
Myntra is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Care Manager to join our team in Delhi, India. As a mid-to-senior level position with a requirement of 7 years of experience, the Customer Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer care operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction. 2. Manage a team of customer care representatives and provide training, coaching, and support as needed. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions. 4. Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer care issues. 6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. 7. Create reports and provide regular updates to management on customer care performance. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care management.
Requirements: 1. 7 years of experience in customer care or related field. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred). 6. Proven track record of successfully managing a customer care team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
