Job Description:
Reliance Industries Limited is seeking a Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This part-time position is ideal for someone who is energetic, motivated, and experienced in customer service. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer care representatives who work remotely to provide exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise a team of remote customer care representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback to team members to ensure goals are met. 4. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve processes. 6. Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the customer care experience. 8. Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to promote collaboration and professional development.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Proven experience in a customer care management role, preferably in a remote setting. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and inspiring team members. 5. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues. 6. Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
