Job Description:
Stellapps is seeking a Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. This position is part-time and requires a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer care representatives to provide exceptional service to clients - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching - Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop and maintain customer care policies and procedures - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Proven experience in customer service management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Reliable and dedicated work ethic - Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer care tools - Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
