Job Description:
BigBasket is seeking a reliable and passionate Customer Care Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer care, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer care representatives and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop, implement, and manage customer care policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. 2. Train and supervise customer care representatives to ensure they provide top-notch service to customers. 3. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner. 4. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. 5. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements. 6. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care to continuously improve processes.
Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in customer care, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. 2. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 3. Strong negotiation skills to handle difficult customer situations. 4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer care tools. 5. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. 7. Passion for customer service and a strong sense of accountability.
