Remote Customer Care Manager

Job Description:

Blinkit is seeking a dedicated and independent Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer care management and possess strong problem-solving and people management skills. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the Remote Customer Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing the customer care team, ensuring high standards of customer service, and resolving complex customer issues.

Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote customer care representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor customer feedback and implement necessary changes to improve the customer experience - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues - Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement in customer care processes - Train and onboard new customer care team members - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Uphold high standards of customer service excellence at all times

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer care management - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure - Excellent people management skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team - Proficiency in customer care software and tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
