Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


HealthifyMe, a leading health and wellness company in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN, is seeking a Customer Care Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time, work from home position with a Mid-to-Senior Level seniority requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer care or related fields.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellence in customer service. 2. Develop strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Monitor customer care metrics and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 6. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences. 7. Implement training programs for customer care representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care to drive continuous improvement.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer care management role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Driven and adaptable personality traits. 5. Excellent time management and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
