Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Myntra is looking for a highly experienced and self-motivated Customer Care Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service roles, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer care representatives and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate a team of customer care representatives to achieve service level agreements and key performance indicators - Monitor and evaluate the team's performance through regular feedback and coaching sessions - Develop and implement process improvements to streamline customer care operations - Resolve escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee engagement


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field - Proven track record of at least 7 years in a customer service management role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and dedicated work ethic with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service - Strong decision-making abilities and emotional intelligence - Proficient in using customer relationship management software - Ability to work remotely and manage a distributed team effectively
