Job Description:
Simplilearn is seeking a passionate and hardworking Customer Care Officer to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Care Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience. 3. Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, escalating issues as needed. 4. Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information in the database. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Conduct research to understand customer preferences and trends, providing valuable insights to the company. 7. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer service goals and KPIs. 8. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist customers with their inquiries.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 4. Persuasion and research skills. 5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
