Job Description:

MakeMyTrip, a leading online travel company, is seeking a Remote Customer Care Officer to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the travel industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to travelers via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, and other travel services - Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Work independently to manage a high volume of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to meet customer satisfaction goals - Use creativity and problem-solving skills to address customer needs - Build relationships with clients and partners to enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and hardworking personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Creativity and a positive attitude towards problem-solving - Teamwork and collaboration skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent
