Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

Zoomcar is seeking a part-time Customer Care Officer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a Customer Care Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and issues through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding our services, policies, and procedures - Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer feedback and improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and motivated with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues - Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software
