Job Description - Customer Care Officer

Job Description: Tata Digital is seeking a part-time Customer Care Officer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an Entry Level Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.


Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound customer service calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner - Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with empathy and understanding - Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer care processes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role - Dedicated and driven individual with a passion for helping others - Strong presentation and analysis skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
