Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

As a Customer Care Officer at Tata Consultancy Services, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. Your primary duties will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information - Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
