Remote Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

OYO Rooms is seeking a Remote Customer Care Officer to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are independent, adaptable, and looking to gain experience in the customer care industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, refunds, and any other issues they may encounter. 3. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and resolving them effectively. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on company policies, promotions, and products to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Continuously strive for excellence and uphold high standards in all customer interactions.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively. 4. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations. 5. Strong leadership and presentation skills. 6. Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
