Remote Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

1mg is seeking a motivated and resourceful Remote Customer Care Officer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As a part-time Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer care.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity
