Customer Care Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Practo, a leading healthcare technology company based in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN, is currently seeking a Customer Care Officer to work from home on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently. 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers. 4. Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Contributing to improving customer satisfaction and retention rates.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Confident and motivated personality traits. 3. Strong people management and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely. 6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
