Remote Customer Care Representative

We are currently seeking a passionate and confident Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team at Khatabook. As a part-time entry-level position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 3. Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers. 4. Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating problems as needed. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required but a passion for customer service is essential. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively. 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
