Remote Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

Box8 is looking for a Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As a part-time Associate Level role, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and possess the personality traits of being independent and energetic.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies - Process customer orders, refunds, and exchanges - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
