Remote Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and resilient Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team at Cars24 in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity to grow within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with questions, concerns, and issues regarding our products and services - Provide solutions to customer problems and ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
