Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

Dailyhunt is looking for a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Entry Level Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members - Documenting all customer interactions in our CRM system - Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities - Adaptability to handle a fast-paced work environment - Energetic and positive attitude - Ability to work well in a team setting - Innovative thinking to find creative solutions for customer issues
