Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and independent Customer Care Representative to join our team at Meesho, a leading e-commerce platform in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This is a part-time, work-from-home position ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service in a fast-paced and innovative environment. As an Entry Level Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with a positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset - Educate customers on product features and benefits - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in our system - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our database - Meet or exceed customer service metrics and goals set by the company - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers - Provide feedback to management to improve customer service processes
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers - Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Adaptability to changing situations and willingness to learn new skills - Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively - Resourcefulness in finding solutions to customer inquiries - Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent
