Remote Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:

Reliance Industries Limited is seeking a Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer care roles. The successful candidate will possess a resourceful and passionate personality, along with strong soft skills in planning and teamwork.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a professional and timely manner. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up to date on company products and services to effectively assist customers.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer care roles. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer service software.
