Job Description:
Zerodha is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, motivated, have strong presentation skills, and possess emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and account inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and follow up on customer concerns. 5. Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate and relevant information. 6. Proactively identify and address customer needs to enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Participate in training programs to continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge. 8. Contribute to our corporate social responsibility initiatives, giving back to the community through volunteer work and community outreach programs.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong presentation skills to effectively convey information to customers. 4. Emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and provide personalized support. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
