Job Description:
Razorpay is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with a requirement of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. 2. Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance to customers. 3. Processing customer orders and managing returns and exchanges. 4. Communicating with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat. 5. Maintaining customer records and updating databases with relevant information. 6. Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently. 7. Keeping up-to-date with company products and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues.
Requirements: 1. Confidence and independence in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues. 2. Strong research skills to provide accurate information to customers. 3. Negotiation skills to resolve customer concerns effectively. 4. Previous experience in a customer service role for at least 4 years. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
