Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

As a Customer Care Specialist at Hindustan Unilever Limited in Mumbai, Maharashtra, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support to customers via phone, email, and chat. You will represent the company in a professional manner and strive to build positive relationships with our valued customers.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and empathetic manner - Provide product information and assistance with ordering - Document all customer interactions and feedback - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively - Identify trends in customer issues and recommend solutions to improve overall customer experience - Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and resolution times


Requirements: - Driven and resilient attitude to handle challenging customer situations - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Comfortable using technology and various software applications - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
