Job Description:
Pepperfry is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have in a timely and professional manner. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and orders. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, using negotiation skills and emotional intelligence to find mutually beneficial solutions. 4. Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Proactively identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and implement solutions. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. 2. Personality traits: Motivated, resilient. 3. Soft skills: Negotiation, emotional intelligence. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
