Job Description:


Amazon India is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Care Specialist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency. 3.
