Job Description:


Tech Mahindra is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Care Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an entry-level role, no prior experience is required, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer care and support.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and provide insights for continuous improvement - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed customer care goals and targets
