Customer Care Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Cred is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate level professional with at least 4 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner 3. Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and technical support 4. Proactively identify areas for improvement in the customer experience and make recommendations 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience 6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: 1. Demonstrated experience in customer service roles, with a minimum of 4 years of experience 2. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment 4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet 5. Hardworking and motivated personality traits 6. Demonstrated leadership and creativity in managing customer interactions 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
