Job Description - Customer Care Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Toppr, a leading education technology company, is seeking a motivated and passionate Customer Care Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Delhi, Delhi, India. We are looking for entry-level candidates with no prior experience, who are driven and detail-oriented individuals dedicated to providing excellent customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Help customers with troubleshooting, technical support, and product inquiries. 3. Handle customer complaints and ensure resolutions are provided promptly and effectively. 4. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the company database. 5. Collaborate with other teams within the organization to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 6. Provide feedback to the team regarding customer concerns and suggestions for improvement.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve their issues. 5. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer interactions and data entry. 6. Must have a computer or laptop with a stable internet connection to work from home.
