Customer Care Specialist - Work from home

Udaan, a leading technology company based in Delhi, IN, is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to work from home. As an Associate Level position with a requirement of 3 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be confident, resilient, and possess strong cooperation and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer issues and complaints - Educate customers on products and services offered by the company - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Meet and exceed customer care targets and goals - Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer care processes and procedures

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer relationship management software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
