Job Description:

Jio Platforms is seeking a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service. This is a part-time role that requires the candidate to work remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist with resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 4. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures. 5.
