Job Description:

BigBasket, a leading online grocery delivery service in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team. As an Entry-Level Customer Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and helping to grow our business.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Process orders and provide order status updates to customers - Assist with tracking and managing customer shipments - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Assist in maintaining product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and trends - Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: - No prior experience required - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strong planning skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
