Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Hindustan Unilever Limited is seeking a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat - Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner - Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating as needed - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the company database - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Following company policies and procedures to uphold service standards - Adhering to a flexible schedule to accommodate different time zones

Requirements: - Adaptability and reliability in a remote work environment - Strong negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints - Innovative mindset to find creative solutions to customer issues - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
