Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Practo is seeking a highly motivated and hardworking Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting them with their inquiries, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their queries and concerns promptly and efficiently - Provide accurate information about products and services, pricing, promotions, and resolve customer complaints - Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and effective customer support - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Work closely with the sales team to upsell products or services to existing customers - Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer service

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Strong leadership and cooperation skills - Motivated and hardworking individual - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other customer service software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
