Customer Service Assistant

Lenskart is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This is a part-time Associate Level position with a requirement of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns - Process orders and manage customer accounts - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy - Communicate customer feedback to management to continually improve service

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively handle difficult situations - Proven leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Motivated and energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
