Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Cars24 in Delhi, IN. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate fulfillment - Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Managing and updating customer databases with accurate information - Assisting with administrative tasks as needed - Providing support to the sales team as required

Requirements: - Hardworking and reliable individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
