Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Cars24 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests related to our products and services. 3. Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently. 4. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. 5. Provide product recommendations and upsell additional services to customers. 6. Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals and KPIs. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. 9. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve customer service skills.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Motivated and energetic attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. 7. Strong persuasion and creativity skills to handle customer interactions effectively.
