Job Description:
As a Customer Service Assistant at Freshworks, located in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate should possess a high level of energy and motivation, along with strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools - Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints - Process orders, forms, and applications - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies - Go the extra mile to engage with customers
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and motivated personality - Strong decision-making and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent
