Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Meesho is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As an Associate Level position, the Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a part-time role with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns. 3. Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and escalations. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. 5. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow up on feedback. 6. Assist in identifying trends and recommending improvements to enhance the customer experience. 7. Maintain customer records and update internal databases. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.

Requirements: - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proven experience in a customer service role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Must be located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN.
