Box8 is currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. This is a part-time entry-level position suitable for individuals with zero years of experience. We are looking for confident and motivated individuals with strong soft skills in creativity and project management.

Responsibilities: - Providing exemplary customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat - Handling customer inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction - Assisting in the implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives - Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Participating in training and professional development opportunities
