Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Nykaa is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and courteously. 3. Processing orders, exchanges, and returns accurately and efficiently. 4. Maintaining customer records and updating information in the database. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Providing product recommendations and assisting customers with any questions they may have. 7. Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and reporting feedback to the management team. 8. Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Confident and independent personality traits. 3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
