Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Wipro in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for professional development and remote work flexibility. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively - Handle escalated customer issues with empathy and problem-solving skills - Follow company policies and procedures to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and reliable individual with excellent communication skills - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
